Content Review and Approval

How the brand reviews drafts, how fast it must answer, and what it can change.

Why it matters

Without limits, review becomes endless rework: the brand keeps asking for changes and the post date moves while your payment waits. Clear rules keep the campaign on schedule.

How it usually reads

Brand will give feedback within [REVIEW_DAYS] business days. If it does not, the draft is approved.

What fair looks like

  • One draft per Deliverable and a fixed number of revision rounds, often two.
  • A deadline for feedback, after which the draft counts as approved.
  • Changes limited to facts, legal issues and the brief, not a new creative direction.
  • Approval that cannot be refused without a reason.

Red flags

  • unlimited revisions

    No cap on rework.

  • in Brand's sole discretion

The brand can reject drafts with no standard to meet.

Common questions

How many revision rounds are normal?

Two rounds is a common standard. Extra rounds or a new concept are usually billed separately.
