What we found
Good signs
Your contract
This tool looks for common phrases. It does not read your contract the way a lawyer would, and a clean result does not mean a contract is fair. For deals with real money or risk, talk to an attorney.
What the checker looks for
It scans for phrases that often shift rights or risk to the other side, such as rights in perpetuity, work made for hire, unlimited revisions, long payment terms and AI training. It also points out good signs, like a kill fee or late payment interest.
What it does not do
It looks for common phrases and does not read your contract the way a lawyer would. A clean result is a good start, not a guarantee.
