Digital replica terms built for California and New York
The Digital Twin License and Voice Clone Dubbing License list each permitted use and name the performer's representative, which California AB 2602 and New York law require for replica terms to be enforceable.

EU AI Act deepfake labeling now in force
Article 50 of the EU AI Act applies from August 2, 2026. The Digital Omnibus did not delay deepfake labeling. The EU AI Disclosure Addendum assigns who labels content shown in the EU.

NO FAKES Act advances in the Senate
The Senate Judiciary Committee approved the NO FAKES Act. It is not law yet. The Digital Twin License already treats the agreement as authorization under a future federal law, limited to the listed uses.
