Influencer Contract Template for Creators
Use this when a brand pays you to post about them on your own channels.
See the template : Influencer Contract Template for CreatorsMost brand deals go wrong long after the post goes live. The brand keeps running your video, or turns it into an ad, and the contract never said it could not. The fix is simple: every use gets a term and a price.
Organic use means the brand reposts your content on its own accounts. Paid use means the brand spends money to show it to more people, from its own ad account. Whitelisting, Spark Ads and partnership ads run through your handle, so the ad looks like it comes from you. Each one is worth more than the last, and each one should be its own line in the contract.
For organic reposts, 30 to 90 days is common. Paid use usually runs for a set number of months with an extension fee for each extra month. If the brand wants a long term, that is fine, as long as the price reflects it.
“In perpetuity” means forever. “All media now known or hereafter devised” means every format, including ones that do not exist yet. “Irrevocable” means you cannot take the rights back even if the brand stops paying. Any of these in a contract for a single sponsored post deserves a second look.
A simple line works: “My rate covers the content and organic reposts for 90 days. Paid ads and whitelisting are available as an add-on.” It sets expectations early and turns usage into extra revenue instead of an argument.
